Buying ERP software is the beginning of implementation, not the end. Nigerian schools moving from Excel, paper and disconnected apps need a controlled transition that cleans data, clarifies roles, trains staff and retires old workflows. This 90-day roadmap provides a practical sequence.
ERP is more than a large software package. For a school, the real value comes from connecting people, records, money, learning and management decisions in one controlled operating system. This guide explains what Nigerian school owners should expect from a serious ERP solution and how to test whether a platform is truly integrated.
Late fees are not always a parent-discipline problem. They are often a systems problem. When billing is unclear, balances are disputed, reminders are inconsistent and receipts arrive late, payment becomes harder than it should be. This guide shows school owners how to build a calmer, more predictable fee-collection process.
The best school software is not the one with the longest feature list. It is the one your teachers, bursar, administrators, parents and leadership team can actually use every day. This guide shows Nigerian school owners what to test before signing up, what hidden costs to avoid and how to choose a platform that can grow with the school.
